I just got back from Maryland, where I was visiting my sister (practically) — Annika. She’s extremely sick right now and it hurts to talk, walk, and everything. Her heart also developed a strange condition over the last day, beating around 120 or more per minute constantly.
It was nice seeing them (her, her brother Lincoln and her mother Kamala) after so many years, but I wish the circumstances had been different. Though she has many odd ailments at the moment, I am confident that she’ll get better and we’ll have many happy days in the future.
