For the past week, or actually a lot more than that, my diet has been pretty bad. Last week I ate mostly ice cream and pasta, with a bit of cookies and apple cider to balance things out. For a while my diet was pretty well balanced but lately its all gone down the drain. I guess things must have been pretty bad because on friday night I could barely breathe.
Anyways, for the next week I’ve decided to eat only fruits and salad. Maybe longer if it goes well, I’m actually looking forward to it. Fruits are great if you can get good ones, and the same goes for salads. And of course it’s far healthier than anything else that cooked food has to offer.
I’ll just have to try not to pig out again once Christmas comes.

sound like me. I started this school year trying to eat right but this week I have eaten nothing but garbage. I agree with your quality control. Bad fruit tastes like crap but, in contrast I favor good fruit over any kind of candy or sweet delicacy.
