iPhone Pricing

Woohoo. I think I’ll go with the cheapest plan, at 60 bucks/month for 450 minutes. I don’t really talk that much on the phone, or I try not to.

But they’ve got rollover and unlimited mobile-to-mobile (I assume that’s only inter-ATT though, so not very useful). However, I see nothing about nights and weekends so that’s kind of a bummer. Adding on an unlimited data plan is definitely cool, though.

I’ll be going down to the Apple Store this friday. I was debating between the 4GB ($500) and 8GB ($600) — still not too sure but I think the 4 should be enough. My nano is that big and it does fine. Then again, better safe than sorry—and it’s a 20% price difference for a 100% space upgrade… So I’m still on the fence.

This place isn't ALL about me — just mostly.

I’ll go for the 8GB—or even bigger, if there is one soon. But I’ll have to wait a few months until I can get one here in Germany. It sucks to wait ;-)

According to Apple, you get 5000 minutes for nights and weekends. I also have to wait since I’m up north in Canada.

Ah thanks. When I checked they didn’t have that snazzy page, just some press release sorta thing.

Too bad for all you European/Canada folks :-/ But I’ll definitely let you know how it goes and after all the pictures it’ll be as if you had one yourself! Er, sorta?

So a Apple employee said they would be offering AppleCare for the iPhone on July, FYI… $60
