Saw Ghost Rider this weekend with salad. It was pretty cool. One of the first marvel movies where I didn’t actually know the story and what was going to happen – so that was good.
The plot wasnt very intricate or anything and the battle scenes weren’t as great as some others, but it was overall just a fun movie. Cage acted well and fit the role. Overall I thought the battle scenes were a bit cheesy and not very challenging/creative (don’t want to spoil it though), but they were still sort of fun. I wouldn’t want to see it again or something, but there are some movies that you feel good after watching, not thinking that you just wasted 2 hours or something (as many other Marvel movies), and this is one of them.
My favorite part was when the two were riding through the desert to the town. (If you haven’t seen it, you’ll have no idea what I’m talking about and that’s good.)
Overall I give it a 6/10. Watch it if you need something to do, but otherwise wait for some of the more highly anticipated movies of this year (which are all coming out in a month or few).
