I went to the Apple store in Glendale today to exchange a dead macbook pro battery, and also hopefully my Mighty Mouse, which had been acting weird lately. Anyways, the guy says that I need to make an appointment! I never liked that store but this was horrible. Everyone should boycott it and go to the one in Sherman Oaks or somewhere else instead—I exchanged my MagSafe there and it was painless and easy. I made an appointment for 2:20 just because it’d be more convenient, but I have half a mind to just go all the way to Sherman Oaks and do it there.
